Yes, guarantee lowest price on the same product. Be careful, if you see a lower price on other website, you have to double confirm that is the final price for your payment. For example, we have a ATV on sale for $860 with free shipping to the door. And, our competitor might have it for $590. However our competitor has a $199.00 shipping charge, also, might have a $45.00 lift-gate service charge, etc.

If you added $680 + $199.00 shipping + $45.00 lift-gate service, the real total delivered price from our competitor is $924. Ours for $860 is much better than their, and this is the final price to deliver to the door.

Can your bikes be registered in our state?

California residents require C.A.R.B. approval (California Air Resolution Board) to be legal in the state of California. Our current bikes can not be registered in California. So, we do not see it to any California customers now.

For other states, vehicles sold on this site are legal to register for sure. But, because each state have different state laws and requirement, we do not guarantee all scooters or vehicles sold on our website to be street legal or registerable. Please check with your local DMV for state specific requirements such as registration, age requirements and helmet laws prior to any purchase.

I am just a consumer, and do not know too much about the vehicles. I am worried about the assembly?

Do not worry at all, and most vehicles are 90% - 95% assembled. It is very easy to assemble. But, if you can get a certified technician to assist you with your assembly, that would be great. But, only some models may require it, and most of modes can be handled by the customers for sure.

Where can I buy the parts?

Most parts for products are in stock for sure, not all parts are guaranteed to be in stock. Please understand it. But, parts can also be ordered directly from factory at any time. The delivery time for the parts may take 1-4 weeks. Most mechanical parts are universal and can be found at most local retail motorcycle and bike shops.

I am worried about website payment. Is that secure if you put the credit card info through GrandPowerSports website?

100% security for sure, since all of our transactions, like credit card or paypal will go through paypal company system. Paypal company system is the #1 security payment system in the world. Do you know that Paypal company system also provide merchant account service that accept the credit card via the virtue terminal, except paypal service. You do not need to have a paypal account, you still can pay your credit card through the virtual terminal from paypal company. You can tell the whole process is so secure. All the transaction are real time. Be careful. Some other companies do not have the real time process system. You submit your credit card info to them, and they manually input your credit card info into their charge system. Manual operation always cause some security info loss, especially if you order from the drop-ship dealer, cuz they have to pass your credit card info to the third party. Too much risk.

What is the transaction time for my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business days from your date of purchase. Also, if you place an order before 2:00pm in the afternoon, we will ship the merchandise to you at the same day. Transit times takes approximately between 2 to 10 business days for delivery, not including the pickup day and delivery day, depending on trucking schedule and how far your delivery address is from the shipping warehouse. Transit time may extend a little bit during holiday seasons.

Free shipping will include the Alaska or Hawaii?

No. We only give the free shipping to the continental USA customers. For the customers in Alaska and Hawaii, some additional freight charges may apply. Please contact us before you place an order.

How can I trace my shipment?

We will e-mail you the tracking info, like the freight company information along with your tracking number after we ship out your units. Once you receive your tracking number, please contact your shipping company to schedule your delivery.

How can I register my vehicle? Where can I send the MSO request if I need it?

We will send the MSO to you to register your scooter at no charge after we ship out the units to you. Scooter is on-road. We will send the Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) for sure. ATVs, Dirt-Bikes, Go-Karts are for off-road use only. If you need it, just send a email to: MSO@grandpowersports.com, and let us know. We will send it to you for free.

Why do you not ship the MSO along with my vehicle?

Sending your MSO via mail will be safty. Do you know that anyone who has access to a motor vehicle and a copy of the MSO can legally title and register that vehicle under their name. Since all orders are shipped via third party by trucking companies, and unfortunately we have experienced lost shipments in the past. Do not worry. We can send the MSO once the vehicle is sent out and even before the vehicle arrive it.
