Shipping & Damage Policy Shipping Policy Free: Shipping! No additional shipping charges. • All orders are processed between 24-72 business hours. During holiday season,due to hugely increasing number of orders, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders. • If your order is a credit card transaction and is approved, it will be shipped between 24-72 business hours. Wire transfer, Cashier Check or Money Order Payment are accepted via phone order only and we will ship your order on the day the fund is cleared into our account. • For merchandise over 150lbs/box, shipping is via trucking company. • For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and overseas, please contact us or call us at sales@grandpowersport.com for shipping fee confirmation. If you choose to submit order prior to emailing us, we will email you the shipping fee and your order will not be shipped until we receive further confirmation from you • You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped. You can go to the shipping company website to track your shipment activities. • You may cancel your order before the merchandise is shipped out from our warehouse by calling us. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. • Shipping expenses is not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. Buyer is responsible for ALL freight charges including the first shipment and return shipment. Note: All vehicles with free shipping means the shipping cost was included in the price of the vehicle at time of purchase. Original first shipment freight cost will be deducted from your refund. • All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. Damage Policy • Customer must inspect the whole product before signing the delivery receipt. In case of any damages presence, customer must note the damages on the delivery receipt and have the driver signed. Failing to do so will void the claim • All noted damages must be reported to grandpowersports within 3 days of delivery (NO EXCEPTION). Please click here to submit a ticket. • Please save original packing material for investigation by the shipping company. Please take picture of the damaged boxes and merchandise and send the pictures to grandpowersports within 3 days of delivery. Please click here to submit a ticket attached with your pictures. • We will file claim shipping damage and have the merchandise picked up for inspection with the shipping company. • We will ship you a replacement merchandise or refund after the claim is settled by the shipping company. • If there is any charge back initiated by customer due to damage, you will have to pay 25% restocking. • Shipping expenses is not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason.
