12 months warranty for the engines: to the original purchaser that the scooters or products conforms to our published description, and not to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the scooter from customer.

Grandpowersports warranty covers all parts necessary to restore product back to working condition. Also, we provide the extended warranty. Please visit our extended warranty page in the left hand side to purchase.

PARTS ONLY FOR ALL PRODUCTS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS ONLY:

Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. Rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and, main bearings, the connecting rods, and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head(s), engine block and cylinder barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The Cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fans. Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types (distributor, alternator and all sensors and electrical control devices), fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts linkage and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

TRANSFER CASE: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damage solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case. Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts or fluids are not covered by this Agreement.

DIFFERENTIAL: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing. Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, U-joints, electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this Agreement.

TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The Complete hydraulic system must be flushed including integral transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed Accessory items, including but not limited to, modulators, governors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS: You must have a professional mechanic (any small engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or an Dealer assemble your new motorized vehicle and do the prep work to assure your is in good working condition. You will need to provide proof of this when filing a warranty claim, so keep your receipts. Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, Goldenvale agrees (at its sole discretion and election) to replace a covered component if the covered component fails as a result of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer.

• Warranty will cover all products as long as the product has been operated and maintained according to the professional operation. For your safety and the safety of your family, any necessary assembly or maintenance is recommended to be performed by a certified technician. There may be unforeseen issues that require the expertise and knowledge of a trained professional. These issues include, but not limited to: electrical connections that have become disconnected in shipping, vacuum or fuel hose(s) dislodged in shipping and Loose nuts and bolts in need of tightening. While these issues are normally very simple to correct, most being a simple re-connection, they can be a nuisance and very difficult to troubleshoot without the proper knowledge. Our first concern is your safety and satisfaction. These vehicles will be driven at high speeds and by children in some cases. This is ensure that your vehicle is properly assembled and adjusted so that you can safely enjoy your vehicle. This warrantee covers any failures due to manufacturer defects.

• For the warranty parts, customer shall returned the defective part to grandpowersport first. After we receive it, and our technician verified it, we will send the new one to your right away. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects.

• Any damage during shipping of scooter to customer on initial purchase must be claimed by the customer through the freight delivery company and is not the responsibility of grandpowersport. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

• Any injury, loss, defect or malfunction of the product or failure to function resulting from any failure to operate or maintain product in accordance with the directions contained in the owners manual provided by the manufacturer; or any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the product by anyone other than the distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than manufacturer can not be applied for this limited warranty.

This Limited Warranty Excludes:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, frame.

THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE:

TOWING CHARGES: All towing and/or shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

REPAIRED COMPONENTS: If the components are repaired under the terms of this agreement, they will be repaired or replaced with component parts of like kind and quality.

LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: Does not pay or reimburse any labor cost under any circumstances.

• THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC (SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP, MOTORCYCLE SHOP, OR AUTO REPAIR SHOP) OR AN AUTHORIZED GOLDENVALE DEALER TO ASSEMBLE AND PREP THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO OPERATION. Proof of this is required for warranty claims.
• THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT.
• THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER. AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS.
• THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT IS CAUSED DURING SHIPPING.
• PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR.
• THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY.
• THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL BUSINESS.
• Shippinig cost
• Compensation for inconveneince or loss of use.
• Any consequential or incidental damges, such as the cost of a rental car, loss of income, towing charges, telephone calls, property damage, or legal fee and costs.
• The cost of third party labor and any additional parts required to remove the defective parts and to complete installation of a replacement part.
• The wear items, such as the plastic shrouding or covers, reflectors, seat upholstery, tires, brakes, clutches or batteries.
• Filter
• Hoses
• Lubricants
• Gaskets
• Standard wear and tear: plastic parts & components (color coordinated housings, etc.) brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts, tires and batteries. (manufacturer only provides stater batteries)
• Extreme riding, racing or competition
• Use as a commercial or rental vehicle
• Loss of time without motorcycle
• Vandalism, fire or theft
• Crash or accident
• Unauthorized outside repair
• If the product are modified in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than genuine Factory parts, the warranty shall be void.
• Labor is free if you send your vehicle to our warehouse facility for repair
• Warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the product, such as damages incurred while jumping or incorrect gas or oil mixture. The warranty covers against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 to 6 months from the date of purchase or 1000 Km.
• Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges
• Warranty does not cover any towing or shipping charges to and from You may extend your factory warranty on your vehicle by purchasing the following: (please see your vehicle description for factory warranty periods).
